Warranty
Information
1.
Engines-
are guaranteed against rod knock, cracked block and excess smoke
for a period of 90 days from purchase date. Engine accessories
are not guaranteed.
2.
Transmissions-
are guaranteed to work properly for a period of 90 days from date
of purchase. No warranty on improperly installed transmissions.
All
automatic transmissions require the installation of an
after-market cooler.
3.
Rear ends-
guaranteed for a period of 90 days from purchase date, bearings
are guaranteed to be free of material noise.
4.
Radiators-
guaranteed for 90 days from leaking from purchase date
5.
Mechanical parts-
guaranteed for 90 days from purchase date
6.
Electrical parts-
guaranteed to work upon installation we assume no responsibility
for faulty voltage,improper installation, or poor electrical
connection by customer.
Return
Policy
Parts
ordered by mistake may be returned within 15 days from purchase
date shipping from and to consumer and also at a 25 % restock fee
Parts that are damaged or work improperly can be returned
within proper warranty time.
A new part, if available
will be sent as a replacement. If we cannot replace the part, the
purchase price will be refunded.
We reserve the right to
inspect all parts for tampering or neglect
All used parts
or merchandise must be inspected by buyer for defects or safety
hazards. Seller states that in no way guarantees or warranties
used merchandise for apparent or non-apparent safety hazards and
affirmitavely states that used parts or merchandsie sold may have
safety hazards, and it is the responsibility of buyer to inspect
for actual safety hazards or hire an expert to inspect.
Buyer
affirms that before he has entered into this agreement seller
requested that he examine the parts or merchandise to ascertain
whether there were defects in them, that seller afforded to buyer
an adequate opportunity to make such examination before he
entered into this agreement and that he has examined the goods as
fully as he desires for the purpose of determining if there are
defects.
NO
WARRANTY ON LABOR
We do not warranty labor.
If Weaver-Carolina installs a unit and it fails within the warranty time period, we will repair or replace the unit at no additional cost to you. This applies to non-commercial vehicle use only.
